Over 6 months of market entry and 5 years of growth, I led the design efforts that integrated the Popmoney platform into Zelle, transforming Fiserv's P2P system. We overhauled and implemented it across 1000+ banking interfaces in the Zelle network. Zelle's white label solution now serves millions of users in over 1000 banks and credit unions.

As UX Team Lead for Growth at Xing, a division of New Work SE in Hamburg, Germany, I led a talented team of designers. We constantly evolved our acquisition and onboarding to increase the quality of new members' data, which leads to connecting people with their perfect job. We also pushed to strategically update lebenslauf.com, which helps job seekers create a resume and improve their onboarding to Xing jobs. I'm very proud of the designers who worked on these projects and brought them into reality.

I developed an ultra-casual game available on both iOS and Android platforms. This game epitomizes simplicity while offering a challenging experience. The core of its gameplay unfolds on a single, 4-pixel-wide line, providing a unique and engaging mechanic. Through this project, I gained significant insights into native app development, familiarizing myself with the intricate workflows and challenges developers face.

Fiserv acquired multiple online banking UIs, requiring a strategy to unify them. I led an 8-month project, resulting in a dynamic UX Design System Repository. This repository holds crucial code, guidelines, and components, boosting our design capabilities. It includes a UX playbook and showcases our expertise in cost management, regulatory design, stakeholder support, and functional design prioritization.

TransferNow is a leading intra-bank transfer system used by many banks in the US. Our task was to create a new responsive UI to consolidate multiple versions, including web, mobile web, and native app plugins, to achieve product unity. I led the design efforts, which resulted in a fully responsive and brandable white-label UI within 3 months.
